Building a Legacy: The History of RCSS Holdings

This video chronicles the remarkable evolution of RCSS Holdings, Inc., starting with a strategic meeting at a McDonald’s in 2013 that launched a successful joint venture between Reynolds Sealing and Striping and Central Seal. Driven by a desire to secure the future for the employees who built these companies, the owners consolidated their "synergistic 1 plus 1 equals 3" partnership into a formal Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in July 2015. The ESOP has grown from 141 to 301 participants. This story is a testament to our founding commitment: ensuring sustainable growth, long-term stability, and shared ownership for every member of our team.
